Early Spider Orchid 05
Early spider orchid
Rennes-le-Chateau, Languedoc, Southern France. May 2010.
It is always a joy to find a rare plant without any help
from either tip-offs or a book. On this occasion I
found two: an early spider orchid hidden amongst the
tall flower spikes of several Lady Orchids (shown
below). The place I found them is another secret
for you to discover for yourself!.
