Slimbridge has long been a place for starling flocks and this year (2009) has proved to be no different, albeit much smaller numbers of birds.

Amazingly, starlings have been on the decline for many years now, long before man-made global warming was invented (so don't stealth tax me for this one).  So it's great to see them still flocking like this.
